Booking and Payment

Booking and payment for private persons

To book a parking space via blankaholm.com the customer must be at least 18 years old. Payment can be made by bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or by BankID and Swish.

Booking of parking space

The price includes the rental of the space, booking fee and electricity connection (10 ampere including consumption) if an electrical space is selected.

Access to a basic service building with shower and toilet, grey water disposal and cassette toilet disposal is also included.

All bookings are valid from 11:00 to 11:00.

Payment & Booking Confirmation

Booking confirmation

Upon receiving the booking confirmation the customer must check that all details are correct. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information in the confirmation is correct.

Booking confirmation is sent via email and SMS. Any errors must be reported as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours before arrival.

Prices

• High season: week 25 until end of August – 285 SEK with electricity, 235 SEK without electricity.
• Spring season: 1 April until week 24 – 250 SEK with electricity, 200 SEK without electricity.
• Autumn season: 1 September until end of October – 250 SEK with electricity, 200 SEK without electricity.
• Winter season: 175 SEK including electricity, 100 SEK without electricity. During winter only parking and electricity are available. Service facilities are closed.

A booking fee of 35 SEK is added to all bookings.

Drop-in parking

6 spaces with electricity and 15 spaces without electricity are available as drop-in spaces near the ice cream kiosk and reception. Payment is made in the payment machine using card.

You may also select an available bookable space online once you have confirmed the space is available in the booking system.

Cancellations

Cancellations can only be made online via www.blankaholm.com. The booking fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refunded.

Liability

• Blankaholm Guest Harbour is not responsible for forgotten belongings.
• Blankaholm Guest Harbour is not responsible for damage caused by third parties.
• Guests must respect quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash.
• Waste must be disposed of in designated containers.
• Drinking water may not be used for washing vehicles.

Breach of agreement

The agreement between the customer and Blankaholm Guest Harbour may be terminated immediately if:

• The terms in this document are not followed.
• The guest behaves in a disturbing manner.
• The guest causes damage to the property.

If this occurs the guest must immediately leave the area.

Force majeure

In case of war, natural disasters, strikes or other events considered force majeure, Blankaholm Guest Harbour may cancel the agreement.

Any payments will then be refunded except the booking fee and the value of the time already used.
